Shipping Information

We ship nationally and internationally and recently established a shipper who offers competitive rates for shipping to Europe.  Because the shipping costs vary, depending on how remote the location is, we are happy to provide a quote for shipping in advance of your order. Please feel free to reach out via email through our contact form on this site to request a quote.

We currently are not shipping to the United States due to the recent changes with de minimis duties. 

Vancouver (GVRD) delivery exceptions: We work from our studio in Vancouver, BC and are happy to arrange for you to pick up instead of paying for shipping. Please use the "local shipping" code to remove the cost of shipping from your order. This option is for local, Vancouver B.C., purchases only. 

Tracked packages with Canada Post are higher priced than non-tracked packages and provide additional services such as signatures and proof of delivery. With some products (ie. scarves) we may be able to send these for a much lower rate as an untracked package as these can fold down to fit inside a small envelope and can be mail slotted at delivery. This can be requested by emailing us prior to making your purchase and will be sent at the recipients own risk as we are unable provide proof of delivery or tracking in these situations. A proof of shipment or Post Office receipt will be sent (email) for confirmation that shipment was mailed.
